🏋️ What we think of PowerBlock's adjustable kettlebell

Bell of the Ball
PowerBlock’s Adjustable Dumbbell
The kettlebell has come far from its humble origins in 18th-century Russia. What was once a tool used to weigh crops is now an instrument of gains—helping athletes and general fitness enthusiasts build power and muscle and improve their conditioning.
However, a common first-world problem home gym owners face is that owning multiple pairs of kettlebells takes up space and can add up quickly. Multiple brands now offer adjustable kettlebells, and we’ve swung and pressed a handful of those offerings, including the model from PowerBlock, an equipment manufacturer known for its square-shaped adjustable dumbbells.
Our expert team of testers put this bell through the wringer, even comparing it to REP Fitness’ adjustable kettlebell offering. Click the button below to read our thoughts.

Our Favorite Test Booster
The GGR team prioritizes honesty and transparency, so let’s be upfront: The potential of the best testosterone booster options is intriguing, but their effectiveness remains inconclusive. They are also by no means a stand-in for medical advice or the cornerstones of a healthy lifestyle.
That said, we’re not here to dampen your curiosity about questions like, “Does creatine increase testosterone?” or dismiss the exploration of other marketed boosters—there’s always something new to learn, especially if you’re looking for the best supplements for men. However, we strongly advise you to proceed cautiously and consult a healthcare provider for guidance.
If the idea of today’s testosterone boosters excites you, keep reading for a registered dietitian’s take on the specifics of each product.

More Space, More Weight
A functional trainer isn’t a home gym priority, but if you’re looking to add to your iron sanctuary, a dual cable machine adds a lot of versatility to your gym.
Torque Fitness recently released the Torque Anker 7, featuring adjustable uprights, a dual cable stack, and a pull-up bar. It also only sits 9 inches off of the wall (excluding the pull-up bar), making it a solid option for people looking to jam as much equipment in their home gym as possible or folks who own a garage gym and need space for, like…their car(s).

Dead Serious
Romanian Deadlift vs. Deadlift
Small tweaks can sometimes lead to significant changes, and in the case of the deadlift, shortening your range of motion morphs it into a completely different exercise—the Romanian deadlift.
Here's the quick skinny for those new to deadlifting: The traditional deadlift is about pulling the weight up from the floor. The Romanian deadlift is functionally the same, but you have to focus on lowering the weight slowly and stopping the lift around mid-shin height (to keep more tension on your hamstrings). Two movements so similar produce a very different stimulus.
Read the article below to learn more about these two deadlift variations and how to train each.
