New Year’s Fitness Sales

The beginning of a new year is when people start making resolutions, mapping out new fitness routines, and—one of our favorite pastimes at GGR—buying new fitness equipment.

The new year is also a great time to find discounts on exercise equipment (New Year’s treadmill sales, anyone?). We keep our eyes peeled all year long, looking for deals on cardio equipment, strength training equipment, and anything else that helps you meet your goals. In the list linked to the button below, we’ve curated the best New Year’s fitness sales.

Check back often because we’ll be updating this page as we find you the best deals.

PRx 4-Post Folding Rack

You've got to know when to hold 'em
Know when to fold 'em
Know when to walk away

-Kenny Rogers

Okay, maybe Kenny wasn’t singing about folding power racks here, but we still think it’s pretty good advice. Coop has the full rundown on the PRx 4-Post Folding Rack, so you can decide whether to fold or walk.

Strengthen Your Hips

Here’s a quick anatomy lesson for you: The psoas is one of three muscles that connect your spine to your legs; it helps curve your spine (in a healthy way) and move your legs when walking.

The psoas don’t get as much play as your biceps and pecs in the gym—you can’t flex them in a mirror, after all. However, strengthening this deep-seated muscle can help relieve lower back tightness and pain (always consult a doctor if pain persists) and improve your lower body mobility.

Sold? Great. Check out our list of the best psoas muscles to start giving this muscle some love.

Ascent 100% Whey Protein

“There’s protein powder, then there’s Ascent protein powder,” declares Ascent.

Intrigued by this bold claim, GGR has rigorously tested Ascent Whey Protein to answer critical questions on every consumer’s mind: Does Ascent ascend above its competitors in the crowded world of protein supplements? Is it worth adding to your supplement stack?

Explore our comprehensive Ascent Whey Protein Review, where we delve into its ingredients, flavor, and value, offering the honest insights you deserve as an informed consumer.
