REP Adonis Cable Tower & Pegasus Attachment

While attending FIBO 2024 in Cologne, Germany, we were like a bunch of kids in a candy store, looking at all the new equipment from some of our favorite brands. Coop was especially excited to chat with the reps for REP and get a first look at the Adonis Cable Tower and Pegasus Attachment.

Let's face it: Home gym equipment is expensive, and for good reason, you wouldn't want your power rack to collapse on you. That said, there are a few instances where you can get away with a good bargain. For today's Budget Bulletin, we're looking at 9 of the best value treadmills on the market.

We’ve Got Mass Gainer At Home

Speaking of training on a budget...

Eating to gain weight can be time-consuming (and expensive). And contrary to popular belief, shoving in as many calories as possible can do more harm than good. So, put down your hamburger-pizza monstrosity and consider a mass gainer.

Mass gainer shakes are an efficient way to meet your increased calorie needs and support muscle building. You can always buy (expensive) pre-mixed powders, but if you don’t want to be limited to what’s on the shelf, you might be interested in making your shakes.

We’ve got the scoop on DIY mass gainer shake recipes, and are sharing some of our favorites.

Train Station

The Svend Press

When asked to name the best chest exercises, likely responses would be the flat and incline bench presses (both barbell and dumbbell), chest flyes, push-ups, and dips. The Svend press wouldn’t top that list—if it even makes the cut. However, just because it’s an underrated weightlifting exercise doesn’t mean it isn’t effective for muscle building.

We asked personal trainer Ravi Davda, who has 10 years of professional experience, to teach you how to do the Svend press with the correct form. He’ll also cover Svend press variations and alternatives, common Svend press mistakes to avoid, and discuss the benefits of including the Svend press exercise in your chest day (Best day!) routine.
